HOW TO RETURN OR ADVERTISEMENT OF GOODS?
Remember that within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, you can submit a request for a return or complaint of the goods purchased from us. Detailed information on returns and complaints can be found in the regulations.

1. Download the return form available below.
2. Pack and properly secure the returned items. Attach the printed and completed return form and proof of purchase to the package.
3. Send the parcel at your own expense (we do not collect cash on delivery) to the following address:

1. Log in to your account and select the order you want to return. Select the products and choose a return option.
2. Pack and properly secure the returned items. Attach the proof of purchase to the package.
3. Send the package at your own expense (we do not collect COD shipments) to the following address:
